An item that you receive that is not as required may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the price you have paid for that item.
Any item that you receive that has a manufacturing fault, or developed a fault through poor manufacturing can be returned within 12 months for a full refund or replacement, which will be at our discretion and subject to available stocks.
We try to ensure that all items shown on this web site are in stock. In stock items will normally be posted on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will attempt to secure these and dispatch them within 2 weeks. You will be notified of any delay via email.
If any delay is unacceptable you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
When you receive your payment receipt from PayPal we receive your order please note we do not send out an acknowledgment email. We simply pack your order and post it to you.
Payment are made to PayPal if for any reason we are unable to complete your order we will make a refund to your account via PayPal. We use PayPal for security to our customers and ourselves.
Our charges are shown in British pounds. If you are paying in any other currency PayPal will calculate the exchange rate, we have no control over this.
Post and packing is free world wide, the price you see by any item is the price you pay
