conditions and privacy statement. An item that you receive that is not as required can be returned with in 14 days for a refund of the cost of the item. We regret that we cannot refund the post and packing charge. Any item that you receive that has a manufacturing fault, or developed a fault through poor manufacturing can be returned within 12 months for a full refund or replacement, which will be at our discretion and subject to available stocks. In stock items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of you order being placed. Orders placed during the weekend will be treated as being placed on the Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be treated as placed over the weekend.. Out of stock items, we will attempt to secure these and dispatch them within 2 weeks, if we are unable to meet this target you will be e-mailed and notified of any delay. You may at this time cancel the order if the delay is unacceptable. Payment is made to PayPal if for any reason we are unable to complete your order we will make a refund to your account via PayPal. We use PayPal for security to our customers and ourselves. Post and packing charges shown at the side of the page are world wide charges for all small leather goods. Handbags that you are asked to email or phone for stock availability may carry an additional charge. You will be notified of this before payment is requested for any handbag.
